On 08.19.2013, the resignation of Mr. Gabriel Filimon was recorded from the position of President and Member of the Administration Board of SAI MUNTENIA INVEST SA;
In the meeting from 19.08.2013, the General Meeting of Shareholders SAI Muntenia Invest SA, legal assembled, elected Mr. Dănuţ as President of the Board of Directors of SAI Muntenia Invest SA, for a term of four years. Changing the components of the Board of Directors SAI Muntenia Invest SA in accordance with A.G.O.A. Decision from 19.08.2013 will be submitted for approval by the FSA;
As of 08/19/2013, Mr. Gabriel Filimon holds the position of General Director of SAI Muntenia Invest SA, ensuring further leadership according to regulations of market of capital , internal regulations of investment management company and decision NSC. 536/21.02.2006.
